The cats In my free time, I (probably obviously, considering my career) love to read, and I’m in a local book club. I also love to visit family (all our family is between 2 and 4 hours away) and friends, bake, and play board games. I started simply doing free Youtube classes with a Walmart mat. But also, yoga.

But his first response was, “so you’re telling me that we’re not going to have any fun this month” oh, ye of little faith…finding FREE or low cost entertainment just takes a little imagination, creativity, and a nose for frugal family fun. Our girls look forward to family nights.

A few years back, my extended family took a trip to Holland, Michigan. I’ve been an architect, day-care teacher to toddlers, and library clerk, but am currently a SAHM to a 14yo son and 9yo daughter. Before kids, I spent my free-time volunteering at a stray rescue shelter for dogs. We share our home with a 70lb rescued mutt.
