I browned meat, using my homemade taco seasoning and layered chips, meat, cheese, chopped onions, and tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet. Bake at 350 until the cheese is melted. I still had chopped cooked turkey and homemade stock leftovers in the freezer from Thanksgiving. I served with avocados and salsa.
