I recently watched a chef prepare and serve charred green onions at a cooking competition, and I’ve been obsessed with them ever since. For even easier cleanup, line the baking sheet with a couple of layers of aluminum foil. Remove the pork from the package and dry it with paper towels. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
