Tuna/cracker snack packs, healthy snacks, nuts, etc… – There are a couple of hotels we like to stop at, and both have free breakfast buffets (one even has free evening appetizers). My advice is to not add this to your online banking. Right before our trip, I take it all to the bank and get large bills.
