Wednesday: I used leftover taco meat from Monday night to make Burrito Bowls. This Week’s Breakfasts, Lunches, and Snacks: For breakfast, we ate Banana Walnut Baked Oatmeal , eggs & toast, yogurt and green smoothies. Snacks were apples, tortilla chips & salsa and cheese & crackers. We also ate strawberries.
