We’ve seen higher grocery and fuel bills lately, so we’re upping our frugal game to help the budget. July was another stellar month for marked-down meat. My Total Found Money for July: $816. Yep, I found a $20 bill last year on the beach! This money will go towards paying the actual medical bills from the injury. We were able to save some money during the year and we also decided to use money that we had set aside for a trip to Germany to visit friends in July 2020. Found Money in January: $1681.

I wonder if that could be part of our national debt problem. He ended up hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and only salvaged his estate by selling (after his death) his civil war memoirs. Just because you make it to be the most powerful leader in the world doesn’t mean you end up rich. Presidents.
