Cut it up, peel it, scrape it, bake it, then put it in the blender. Compost it by cutting it up and putting it on the pile. My daughter-in-law came up with this idea, buying bulk pumpkins and bulk flowers. Like me, buy them used and then reuse them each year. Free Kids Crafts has some ideas.
