Cut it up, peel it, scrape it, bake it, then put it in the blender. My daughter-in-law came up with this idea, buying bulk pumpkins and bulk flowers. Like me, buy them used and then reuse them each year. Free Kids Crafts has some ideas. Eat it by baking the cleaned, salted seed.
