Several of the ingredients can be swapped out. Add the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, vinegar, and seasonings to a small food processor or blender. I use my Ninja food chopper/blender several times a week. Swap out the pasta for your favorite gluten-free pasta and keep everything else the same.
