I enjoy blogging and biking, and I usually cycle between 15 and 20 miles a day indoors when I’m not getting out to hit a bike trail. When they got married, they bought a duplex so that the rent money from the tenant in the upstairs apartment would pay the mortgage. I track expenses, monitor our budget and handle all of our investments.
