Sometimes I add some onions but not always because my daughter is not a big fan of them. While waiting for the sauce to get to the right state, I focus on garlic bread. Oddly I use Cuban bread. I spread evenly across the split bread and sprinkle on a little oregano. My daughter makes a pretty good meat.
