I wanted a place for our family to gather – adult children and grandchildren along with us. To top it off, she owned one of the units; and her brother owned another. My sister-in-law and her husband had one that they used and rented out and indicated that it was doing well. This really took a bite out of our income.

Although he is single and lives alone, he has a decades long friendship with a woman and has come to be considered a pseudo Dad and Grandpa by her children and grandchildren, but he has no legal relationship with any of them to my knowledge.
