For Easter, we were able to cut the cost of our dinner by doing some things that we will repeat for Christmas: Bulk Shop. I am normally not a fan of bulk shopping at places like Costco. My coworker is also hosting her Christmas dinner, so we are teaming up to go shopping at Costco together.

Save any shopping bags you get through the year – especially the paper ones or ones that are unique in design, then use them at Christmas time. My brother once cleaned potato chip bags after turning them inside out and used those as gift bags! Do you have some leftover wall paper you won’t be using? Use those as well.
