We also realized that we didn’t have the internet modem yet either, because we ordered it the day before and it can take up to two weeks.

Also, remove DSL and cable modem expenses. Although you can do this too, we will leave space in the budget for you to buy these items. This portion of the budget would be a big fat zero. Your actual budget and your frugal budget should technically not be that far off from one another. Entertainment. Please share.
