Tuesday: I made a ham & pepper skillet frittata with leftover Easter ham and chopped peppers that I had in the freezer. Friday: I’m buying a rotisserie chicken from Costco and making Burrito Bowls. For lunches and snacks, we ate leftovers, pb & j sandwiches, apples, oranges, tortilla chips and salsa.
