I put a cheap notebook on the counter, and at the end of each day, my husband and I wrote down anything we had spent money on that day. Lean into cheap meals. If I wanted to save money quickly, I could probably get that down to about $300 by focusing on cheap meals. Most leftovers can easily be turned into an egg bake.

Can you believe PEEPS are 60 years old? You know, the day after Easter when the package has been sitting open. We have so much fun making the cake.

My sister has never eaten at Earl’s and she would LOVE the Holiday Sandwich…and I’ll get to have another one HA! This was originally our Epcot day but since we’re going Saturday with my sister, this is another free day! We travel cheap!
