What I Spent I went into this week with absolutely no menu plan…I was just winging it all week long and still, we didn’t eat out at all. Chiquita looks a little mad here! Tuesday I sauteed the rest of the chicken tenderloins and used them in a green salad, with homemade croutons on top.

Chiquita commandeered the empty pizza box Wednesday Zoe was out with a friend, so I ate the leftover burger from Monday night. Thursday I found two chicken thighs in the freezer, so I salted them for a few hours, pan-sauteed them, and sliced them on top of a green salad with various veggies.

Chiquita joined us because she always wants to be where the people are. I have to remember not to snuggle with Chiquita before I leave the house. Chiquita had kibble, and also some salmon pate. I often start my day with scrambled eggs and a side of greens!) Fruit salad and chips on the side.

I snuggled with Chiquita. Monday Lisey’s last night here; I grilled chipotle chicken kebabs , which we ate on a green salad with the cilantro-lime sauce as a dressing. I had a phone call with Lisey, texted with Sonia, and had in-real-life convos with Zoe. ? I got myself a little more organized on the school front.
