We didn’t do any eating out this week which was great! I am super excited to try the Loaded Baked Potato since the Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes are my favorite for lunch! Next I grab a steak and cheese melt for lunch, a very tasty meal that is ready in a minute and a half in the microwave.

Pre-making salads is the absolute best way to make sure you are going to eat right throughout the week. I use bowls from Ziploc since they are the perfect size for a lunch box. Eliminate processed foods.
