I spent: $50 at Safeway And that’s it! What We Ate Saturday I made French toast with berries and whipped cream… and I was lucky enough to snag the last container of whipped cream at Safeway. I had trouble finding cream from Thanksgiving-Christmas last year. Just still cloudy and damp all day.

What I Spent I spent: $30 on a Hungry Harvest box $34 at Safeway $15 on fried chicken So, $79 for me. Monday I had a free frozen pizza from Safeway sitting in my chest freezer, so that’s what we ate! Obviously, you could give the gift card as a gift, but you could also use it as you buy Christmas gifts.

This week, I spent: $35 at Lidl $14 at Safeway $11 at Chick Fil A (for a sad reason. From his younger days Zoe and I went together to buy Socks right after Christmas in 2021, and then a few weeks later, we left the family home and moved in with my parents. So, just $60 this week for Miss Zoe and me.
