But I would say I’m getting into a better groove of figuring out how to work meals around our college classes and Zoe’s work schedule. I spent: $147 at Sam’s Club $15 at Safeway $31 on a Hungry Harvest box Sooo, $193 for me this week. Monday I picked up a rotisserie chicken from Safeway.

There aren’t a lot of ways to save on online textbooks, BUT if you go through the school-specific portal my college has with Lippincott, you can get a discounted price. I bought my maternity/pediatric book at a discount We have to buy this book online because there are online assignments we have to do (quiz-type things).

Upromise is a program that allows you to save money for college. If you have a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, godchild, cousin…anyone that might want to go to college in the future this is a painless way to earn free money. When I first signed up I registered our credit card with the account and my CVS and Safeway card.

I’m an older adult in college also, and I would love to have the option to listen to the books I have to read. Now, I regularly stop in at Safeway (decidedly NOT the cheapest grocery store!), I’ve seen you mention on your blog that you sometimes listen to your textbooks instead of reading them. Thank you!!

eCoupon sites that I recommend: Safeway Just for U program – coupons and personalized deals at Safeway stores. Upromise – which helps you save for college by doing things you are already doing: Shopping, Eating Out, Buying Tickets, or Fill Your Gas Tank. They will automatically come off at the register.
