This is the Thanksgiving song I learned as a little kid. I’m pretty sure I always sang it as Grandmother’s house, which is weird since we actually went to my Grandfather’s house for holidays. But my Thanksgiving has never been celebrated in that way. Then my daughter required mashed potatoes.

My daughter does competitive cheerleading and that itself is $3K a year (not including travel). All I had to do was what my grandmother had taught me. I stocked up on several sizes for the next 2-3 years… for my daughter, last Sept, Crazy 8 had a coupon and a sale on summer clothes. also set aside money for a rainy day.
