I spent: $32 at Aldi $8 at Safeway $17.50 Then I stirred in the cooked couscous along with some red pesto from Aldi, and topped it with the last of a bag of mozzarella from the freezer. Tuesday I sauteed some ham from the freezer, then sauteed some chopped kale, then added in leftover mac and cheese plus some milk and cream.

I spent $18 at Safeway, and that was it! Monday I had clinical until 8:30, but I had cooked a pork butt on Sunday in anticipation of this schedule. Thursday An eat-up-leftovers night! What I Spent It was a cheap week at my house. That’s an awfully short spending report. So good and so easy.

a lunch salad from this week I spent: $71 at Aldi $6 at Safeway So, $77 for us this week. What We Ate Saturday Leftover chicken noodle soup , and I again added cream to mine. Also, I took the suggestion from one of you and added my leftover tortellini to the soup. I eyeball a lot more now that I’m just cooking for two!

This week, I spent: $35 at Lidl $14 at Safeway $11 at Chick Fil A (for a sad reason. Tuesday I used leftover chicken to make half of this chicken and biscuits recipe. Friday We have some leftover pizza and also some leftover pulled pork, so I think that’s what’ll be on the menu.
