Don’t forget: HEB will no longer allow you to stack a yellow in-store “B” coupon with a manufacturer coupon. They say this is because they are rolling out digital coupons. Also, HEB can be tricky about printable coupons sometimes. We’ll have to see but the new policy states no more stacking.
