We have had our credit card number stolen three times this year. My husband watches our account like a hawk and our credit card company is very diligent in helping us. While it’s a huge inconvenience when it happens, I’m not scared about identity theft because we have LifeLock. Three times. Monthly Tracking.

If you are getting too many credit card offers, look inside and you should find a phone number to have your name removed from their data base. I don't get any credit card offers anymore. They are really not that expensive considering that they will help prevent identity theft. Contain your paper. Invest in a shredder.

Credit Card Statements - These can also be found online, so I'm not sure a paper copy is necessary, unless you need it for documentation for tax deductions, then see Taxes below. You should keep any credit card receipts to match up with your statement. I use a small accordion file with 12 monthly files for credit card receipts.

People opened their windows and used attic fans or sat in metal lawn chairs outside to cool off. On the other hand… there were no drones, stoplight cameras, computer virus problems, identity theft, angst over credit ratings, amber alerts, full body scanners to enter an airport and etc. Food/shopping.
