Dried beans typically come in 1 pound bags and I find the largest assortment in the Latino section of the grocery store. In this post, I offer two ways to cook dried beans: crock pot and stove top. I prefer the slow cooker method, because I don’t have to be home when the beans are cooking. Carefully drain.
