Both my grandchildren have the most disgusting mucous laced coughs I have ever heard coming out of tiny little bodies. My son-in-law is coughing and sneezing, running a fever and generally being pitiful as guys usually are when they get sick. Next week is the start of the holidays, and it is also my daughter’s birthday.

Generations, the Frost family has run the Museum of Magical and Rare Artifacts, handing down guardianship from mother to daughter, always keeping their secrets to “family only.”. First Frost (FREE as of posting time). She knows the items in the glass display cases are fakes because, of course, magic doesn’t really exist.

Parent’s are proud to say; My Son the Doctor or My Daughter the Astronaut. Pick based on the amount of prestige the job offers.

It was the trip of a lifetime with our extended family (two sons, their spouses and two of our grandchildren). We are just back from a road trip from the mid west to Yellowstone National Park and back. Each family charted their own way out, in their own vehicles but we stayed together loosely in the park.

Even the New York Times acknowledges that: As boomers join the ranks of grandparents, many are financing vacations for their children and grandchildren. My WWII era uncle and his wife made trips annually with one of their 4 grandchildren (a different one each year). We took my Mom with us to Florida in the 1980’s.
