So, I checked in with my daughter-in-law to see what she thought they would have fun doing and that would be fun for her to get. Since I already had some sandrete (a kind of cement I use to fill the lines in my brick sidewalk), I decided to wait on getting a kit and do a bit more research. I used the sandrete I already had.

I realized that using just any old thing, as I did when I was much younger, put my skin in chaos. Using a cleanser to cut back on the natural oil in my skin, created a harsh reaction; I had dry, too tight skin, that looked red and irritated. That’s when I started using Dove. And when I recommended it to my daughter.

I used to worry about what would happen to my kids if my spouse decided to move on. Will they squander it or use it wisely? Both my grandchildren have the most disgusting mucous laced coughs I have ever heard coming out of tiny little bodies. Where as my grandson has no qualms about using anything other than a tissue as a tissue. My daughter is the most well among us which means she is catering to the rest of us, running herself ragged.

I thought there would be ‘strings’ attached to the use of the money. Daughters and sons of very wealthy families sometimes want to disown the family wealth in order to prove themselves. Parental pride in ‘my daughter the doctor’ may play a role in their desire to fund at least part of school expenses.

The great thing about e-coupons is that you can still use manufacturers' coupons and the money saved with the e-coupon goes directly into your Upromise account. We've added our additional savings to our daughter's 529. Upromise transfers it automatically for us each quarter so we don't have to think about that either.
