So I took advantage of some good sales at Kohl’s and Target and bought her running capris, socks and two spring outfits. But I also found success at a thrift store. Can I find what I need at a second hand or thrift store?

In 2015, the monthly challenge will be Choose Thrift First. While I love thrift stores, I can be easily swayed to run into Target or Kohl’s when I’m in that part of town.
