What’s your best frugal win? These are things that I never did before having our daughter, but I have so little time to rest and so in this season, if I can find things to save some time so I can get sleep, some rest, spend more time together as a family, or otherwise feel more restored, I’m doing that. They were a great price!

I’ve been an architect, day-care teacher to toddlers, and library clerk, but am currently a SAHM to a 14yo son and 9yo daughter. What’s your best frugal win? Another big win would be taking advantage of our great public library system. We share our home with a 70lb rescued mutt. Enjoying some outdoor time.

I’m a long-distance cyclist, a triathlete, a wife, a mother of two, a sister, a daughter, a friend, DIY-er, and a community member! Sunrise with my daughter at Lake Michigan Our son is now 15, and about 25 hours into his private pilot’s license, which he’s funding by earning money working for my father-in-law.

Back when I was engaged and living on my own for the first time (I lived with my parents while in grad school to save on rent), I went to the library a lot and found a copy of the Tightwad Gazette. Eventually, when I was married and working at a library I ordered my own copy of the Complete Tightwad Gazette–and I still have it!

Our daughter is 24 and was adopted from Eastern Europe when she was one week short of a year old. He married the love of his life almost two years ago, so now we have a daughter-in-law, too. Box are some of my favorite authors) and I use the library to borrow both regular books and electronic resources.

My daughter has had the Cloud B Twilight Turtle since she was born and absolutely loves it, so I was excited to check out the new Cloud b Twilight Turtle Tunes. Part of my daughter’s nightly routine is to turn on her turtle before reading a story. Choose from a pre-set library of melodies and sounds. Bargain Babe.
