Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes. If you sew, take off the buttons, zippers, lace, netting or whatever to use later. My daughter-in-law came up with this idea, buying bulk pumpkins and bulk flowers. What do you do to recycle/reuse on Halloween? No kids = no money on candy = no candy wrappers in the landfill.

Ny taking your own bags, reusing plastic bags you already have or even sewing some fabric bags from old t-shirts and things you can save a lot. I have lived with my husband and 2 daughters in a 1 bedroom unit. Learn to reduce, reuse recycle everything. Everything has another use is a saying often heard in regards to recycling.
