Are you up to getting all new service providers, banks, favorite gasoline stations, finding local entertainment venues and etc. Our first home was too small for our growing family, in a rapidly declining neighborhood, and was not convenient to either of our work commutes. Will the taxes be higher? Selling a home is no easy task.

Where will you live when you grow old? We have a one story ranch home of around 2300 square feet located on 6 acres within 4 miles of stores, medical care, entertainment, gasoline stations and more. Have you made changes to deal with planning for advancing age? I’m not. We have been here 25 years already and still love it.
