We dined on pizza, carrots and dip, and Girl Scout cookies for dessert. Thursday: Another busy night, so I made Burrito Bowls with leftover cooked chicken and taco meat that I had in the freezer. I’ll write about the trip in a few weeks. We packed our lunch, and ate dinner with the troop at the hotel.
