That being said, it was a tougher week for weight loss for me due to hormonal changes that happen in women! As Mid-morning approaches I grab 2 tablespoons of toasted pecans for my power fuel. This takes me to 4pm or so when I ate a cheese stick, which was the power fuel from my lunch.
