For 20 or so years I’ve been homeschooling my kids, and am now down to about 1 1/2 (one full-time homeschooler, and one doing College Credit Plus with some support). I have a rule now that if I want to buy a book, I need to donate one. Easiest part of being frugal: Not buying things like junk food at the grocery store.

Can’t believe I live here – a lake near my house Because I’ve lived so many different places, I’ve seen first-hand how good use of available resources can really improve overall community experiences, such as community gardens that utilize city-wide composting programs, to libraries, cycling infrastructure.
