I have a rule now that if I want to buy a book, I need to donate one. I consoled myself with the thought that I rarely buy paper towels and use cloth napkins, so it all balances out. On one of our driving trips, we visited the Shrine of the World Apostolate of Fatima in New Jersey on our way to see a niece at her college.
