It's been forever since I've posted a menu plan. Thus, the weekly menu has not been what it ought to be. I notice I tend to desire to eat out more when the menu isn't planned, which in turn causes a higher cost in our food budget. That needs to get nipped in the bud!

Monday I had a snacky dinner earlier, and then when Zoe came home from her evening shift at work, she had a frozen pizza.
