Saturday: I am roasting a turkey for my family, mostly for the leftovers, but also so the 4 of us can sit down as a family for a big meal. What We Ate this Week: Monday: Burrito Bowls with leftover chicken from last week. Thursday: leftovers from Tuesday and Wednesday nights. 39/lb turkeys at Giant Food Stores. Even if you’re not hosting a big gathering, buy them. Roast one up now for your family and freeze leftovers for future meals.

We’ll be checking in late, so the most we’ll do is explore the resort and grab dinner from the food court, which is my second favorite food court on Disney property (Port Orleans Riverside is the first).
