I decided to go with the Kia because both my husband and I liked its sportier look, and you just can't beat the warranty. So my day went something like this – hubby woke me at 6:00 am to tell me there's water in the family room. Get home and finally finish cleaning up the mess in the family room.

I don't want to drain the emergency fund, which could easily happen when the AC needs replaced. Are they under warranty? A warranty saved us a lot of money when our fairly new hot water heater unexpectedly broke last fall. We certainly don't want to go into debt either. My main concern is that AC unit.
