Roast one up now for your family and freeze leftovers for future meals. But lows next week are going to be in the 20’s at night, so our heater has been fixed just in time!

That is close to what an average family spends on food in one month. Invest in reusable containers with lids to store leftovers.

Tuesday: We had a lot of pesto ranch chicken leftover from last week , so I cooked some bacon in the oven and made chicken & bacon quesadillas. They were yummy and a great way to use up leftover chicken. Saturday: I’m hosting a dinner party for extended family to celebrate the numerous November birthdays.
