We all love outdoor activities, but we don’t all enjoy the same ones. When they got married, they bought a duplex so that the rent money from the tenant in the upstairs apartment would pay the mortgage. One is travel; the other is outdoor gear and equipment. I track expenses, monitor our budget and handle all of our investments.
