We do put up decorations (ones I buy at garage sales or thrift stores and reuse each year). Tip # 2 Recycle/reuse costumes. If you sew, take off the buttons, zippers, lace, netting or whatever to use later. We passed around pieces of food in the dark and told a story about how the pieces were parts of a body.

We have accumulated a lot of stuff – lose screws, highly prized collectibles, everyday essentials, clothes that ‘might fit again someday’, tools, children’s artwork, food stuffs and more. Store food in the kitchen or as close to it as possible. Share with others in the household when you move or remove things.
