Well, you know the saying… ask and ye shall receive! I have found that garage sales , flea markets , estate sales or Mom/Grandma’s basement are the best places to score a great deal on used canning jars. Canners are readily available for sale at a great discount through online sellers at eBay and Craigslist.

You can plant your seedling in a container as well, without removing it from the eggshell. They can be found around your house, or found at yard sales or via freecycling. Eventually the shell will break down, so you can just plant it outside intact. What do you use for container gardening?

Many of the other items I needed like cloth diapers and clothes for the baby in bigger sizes I bought from garage sales. Garlick got all of her children’s clothes and gear from friends, family, and sites like Freecycle. All those items got plenty of use as all three of my kids used them. We Love to Spend Money on Our Children.

You can then take those old cell phones, clothes or magazines to the appropriate recycling depots, ustilize websites such as Craigslist or Freecycle to give away any items you want cleared out quickly and then have a yard sale or an online auction to rid yourself of those unwanted items that are still in saleable condition.
