During the course of the last elections both in Canada and the USA, there was a substantial amount of talk surrounding energy: renewable energy, green energy, and fossil fuel emissions. Today, I will look define green energy and outline the importance of it to our future. What are fossil fuels?

But oil is a finite resource, no matter how you slice it. Increase fuel efficiency standards to a level that actually makes a difference – like 40 or 50 MPG for any and all cars sold in America. Continue (and increase) tax incentives for using renewable energy at home. Go Green' That’s great, I suppose.
