My spouse and I are currently pondering this issue. What will be an issue if you stay another 10 – 15 years? Are you up to getting all new service providers, banks, favorite gasoline stations, finding local entertainment venues and etc. At some point in your life, you will probably ask yourself that question.

We have a one story ranch home of around 2300 square feet located on 6 acres within 4 miles of stores, medical care, entertainment, gasoline stations and more.
