Growing up in the 1950?s

Gasoline stations did not serve food, have coffee or provide bath rooms. Most cars did not have radios, non had any other kind of electronics. People listened to the radio, watched TV, went to the local (one screen) movie house or entertained themselves. My radio was AM only. No, I didn’t wear a poodle skirt!
