We love this garlic jalapeno sauce from Trader Joe’s. The butter gives the dish a nutty richness that oil can’t provide. For additional flavor, use flavored butter. Garlic and herb butter would be delish! Drizzle your favorite hot sauce for added flavor. A little squeeze of fresh lemon is always a good idea.

I was giving my body something it needed. You can find the mini potatoes at most grocery stores, but we like the Potato Medley at Trader Joe’s. I did, she looked at it, and immediately said “your body needs more fat” She suggested I started drizzling my vegetables with olive oil every day.
