What I Spent This week I stopped in at Lidl and I bought a pretty large container of greens. And I am proud to say that I have single-handedly eaten almost the entire container, largely by eating a bowl of greens with my breakfast. Tuesday I used leftover chicken to make half of this chicken and biscuits recipe.

What We Ate Saturday I picked up a pizza from Domino’s. Sunday Zoe ate some leftover pizza and I made myself a green salad topped with chicken. Friday I have two more Dinnerly meal sets of ingredients here so perhaps I will make one of those. Wednesday Leftover broccoli noodle soup. And some cut-up apples.

What We Ate Saturday I baked up the rest of the thin-crust pizza dough I’d made. And she got some Domino’s pizza on the way home. here’s my best tip for making potato wedges/cubes Wednesday Zoe and I went to the gym together and then when we came home, we had bacon/cheese quesadillas and some sautéed broccoli.

I don’t really measure anything anymore when I make it; I eyeball pretty much everything about it, which works nicely when you have squashes of varying proportions. Monday An oft-repeated meal of late: I grilled chipotle chicken kebabs and we ate them on a green salad, with the accompanying sauce as a dressing. Stay tuned. ?
