This Week’s Dinners: Saturday: Ham loaf, cheesy broccoli rice baked potatoes , homemade sugar-free applesauce. I browned 2 lbs of turkey and used my homemade taco seasoning. I thought I would use leftover chicken from Tuesday, but we didn’t have enough, so I bought a rotisserie chicken for the meal. Monday: Tacos.
