If you have a chest freezer or other non-defrosting freezer, homemade bread can stay fresh for several months in its frozen state. I am not trying as hard to save money on groceries as I used to Back in the day, I definitely worked harder on my grocery spending than I do now. Good enough is good enough. Further questions?
