What I Spent So I went to pull together my grocery spending for the week and I realized that it’s all quick trips to Safeway. I spent $63 at Safeway, spread out between an embarrassing number of trips. Monday I had a snacky dinner earlier, and then when Zoe came home from her evening shift at work, she had a frozen pizza.

What I Spent I went into this week with absolutely no menu plan…I was just winging it all week long and still, we didn’t eat out at all. at Safeway Sooo, $110.50 Wednesday Zoe and I were home at different times; she made herself soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. Chiquita looks a little mad here!

What I Spent I spent: $66 at Aldi $30 on a Hungry Harvest box $90 at Sam’s Club $12 at Safeway $8 at the taco truck Soooo, GEEZ. And she got some Domino’s pizza on the way home. As I was writing this post, I looked down at my shirt and thought, “Hmm, I need a shirt that says, ‘Tired Camper’ right now.”

I spent: $15 at Target (for two bags of Starbucks coffee) $30 on a Hungry Harvest box $51 at Sam’s Club $17 at Safeway So, $113. I felt a little stumped about what to make for dinner, and I stopped at Safeway rather aimlessly, hoping for inspiration to strike. We’re 25% of the way through this 16-week semester already!

What I Spent I spent: $30 on a Hungry Harvest box $34 at Safeway $15 on fried chicken So, $79 for me. And Zoe picked up some dinner on the way home from work. Monday I had a free frozen pizza from Safeway sitting in my chest freezer, so that’s what we ate! But here in Frugal Girl world, it’s business as usual.

I spent $18 at Safeway, and that was it! Also, when I got home from the appointment, I went out for a walk, stopped in a sunny spot, closed my eyes, and just soaked up the sunshine. What I Spent It was a cheap week at my house. That’s an awfully short spending report.

I spent: $147 at Sam’s Club $15 at Safeway $31 on a Hungry Harvest box Sooo, $193 for me this week. Monday I picked up a rotisserie chicken from Safeway. Wednesday Zoe had an evening work shift and I had lab until 8:00, so when we both got home, I made whole wheat blueberry pancakes for the two of us.
